She utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed therapeutic approach incorporating various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Framework in her practice.
When Emily is not counselling or working in the schools, you can find her happily baking in her kitchen and spending time with her family and her dog, Hershey.
