Meredith is a Licensed Counselling Therapist and the current President of the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB). She is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), where she was honoured with the 2018 Counsellor Leadership Award for her contributions to the field.

With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of New Brunswick (2005), and undergraduate degrees in both Arts and Education, Meredith is also a licensed teacher and school counsellor in New Brunswick. She brings 20 years of experience supporting people in both public schools and post-secondary settings, as well as in private practice.

Meredith works from a person-centered, evidence-based approach that integrates modalities like ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, ART, positive psychology, and mindfulness-based practices. She is known for her authenticity, gentle humour, and grounded presence—qualities that help her clients feel at ease while doing the meaningful, sometimes challenging, work of therapy.

In addition to her clinical work, Meredith has specialized training in career counselling and career assessments. She enjoys helping clients explore their skills, strengths, and values, and supporting them in making informed, fulfilling decisions about their education and work lives.

Meredith works with youth (16+) and adults, offering sessions in person, by phone, or through secure video.
